1 Acceptance of Terms

Using 588com — whether through the website at 588com.app or the mobile app — means you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. This applies from the moment you access the platform, even before you register an account. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use 588com.

These terms form the entire agreement between you and 588com regarding your use of the platform. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference here.

2 Eligibility

To create an account and use 588com you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 588com is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, and not as part of any automated system or script.
• You must not be self-excluded from 588com or any other gaming platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement you have voluntarily applied for.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

588com does not claim any government licences, regulatory approvals, or official endorsements from Pakistani authorities. It is your responsibility to determine whether using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one 588com account. Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts registered to the same person, phone number, device, IP address or payment method — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and balances voided.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number and any other details requested. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure without return of funds.

Account Security

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 588com support immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

Account Verification

588com may request identity verification documents at registration or at any point thereafter — particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

588com supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of your account. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion is applied.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are shown in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer.
• Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods associated with your verified account.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed against bonus-related funds.
• 588com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

588com may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible accounts as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated per promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering conditions.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including through multiple accounts, structured betting to minimise risk, or other manipulative strategies — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• 588com reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All bets placed on 588com are subject to the odds and rules applicable at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.

588com covers Cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, Football, Esports and other markets. In-play betting is available on selected events. Odds are updated in real time and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds — not the odds at the time you began filling in the bet slip.

• If an event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise not completed under the expected conditions, bets may be voided and stakes returned at 588com's discretion following standard industry practice.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per market and are shown in the betting interface.
• We reserve the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, where an incorrect odds feed was published — and will notify affected users.

Casino and Live Casino

Casino games — including slots, table games and Live Casino — are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. Live Casino games are hosted by real dealers and results are determined by the live game outcome. 588com is not responsible for connection interruptions that occur on the user's side during a live game session.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 588com and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false identity or age information
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or system glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Making deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other users

8 Responsible Gaming

588com provides responsible gaming tools to help users manage their activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately or after the applicable cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion requests are honoured as soon as they are processed. If you request self-exclusion, we will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account during the exclusion period. Do not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account.

9 Privacy and Data

Your personal information is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the 588com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By registering an account you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We use the information you provide for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and communicating relevant platform updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

588com provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

• We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• We are not liable for internet connectivity issues on your side that affect gameplay or bet placement.
• Our total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Changes to These Terms

588com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an in-app notification. The updated terms will also be posted on this page with a revised date.

Your continued use of 588com after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
